Refund Policy

Thank you so much for supporting Pawstumes. Every costume is made in small seasonal runs, so all sales are final. Once an order is placed we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

We know that is a big ask, so we do everything we can to help you get it right the first time. Product photos show exactly how each costume fits on real pets, and we are happy to answer any questions before you order.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or if the wrong item was shipped, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will make it right with a replacement at no cost to you.

Have a question before you order? Contact us any time. We would much rather answer a question early than have you end up with a costume that does not work for your pet.
